Orgasm Deep Dive: Why Getting There Isn't Always Easy Part 1

Picture this: you’re doing all the right things, the mood is right, the body is there… and yet pleasure has quietly left the building.Your orgasm has ghosted you!

In part one of an Orgasm Deep Dive on Labia Logic, Drs. Ashley Fuller and Meredith McClure are talking all about the very real experience of orgasm going AWOL. They have Dr. Irwin Goldstein as a guest expert to tell us why orgasm problems are almost never “just in your head” or “just hormonal” or “just pelvic.”

Ashley, Meredith, and Irwin cover the five regions involved in orgasm and explain the orgasm dysfunction categories. This conversation reframes orgasm as a full-body, full-system event, and explains why missing pleasure deserves real medical curiosity, not a shrug.
